Complaints & Concerns

Complaints & Concerns

We value positive relationships with parents and carers and are committed to resolving concerns fairly, respectfully and as quickly as possible. In many cases, concerns can be resolved informally through discussion with the relevant member of staff. Where this is not possible, parents and carers may raise a formal complaint using the guidance and documents below.

To help make the process as clear and accessible as possible, we have included:

  • our full Complaints Policy

  • a downloadable Complaints Form

  • a Parent Guide to Making a Complaint

  • a simple 10-step overview of the formal complaints procedure

We want to hear about your complaint in your own words. We understand that some parents and carers may use AI tools to help draft responses or organise their thoughts. However, AI-generated text can sometimes make complaints unnecessarily complex or include legal terminology and references that are not relevant to the matter being raised. This may increase the time needed to review your complaint and, in some cases, we may ask for the complaint to be resubmitted in a simpler format.

We therefore encourage parents and carers to keep complaints clear, factual and focused on the key issues and desired outcome.
